We acquire distressed and surplus industrial plants and structure bona fide environmental liability risk transfer transactions. Environmental obligations are ring-fenced in special purpose vehicles, with operations and maintenance handled by an independent third party, so the brownfield-to-greenfield transition is cleaner, more transparent and faster to redevelop.
