CCM Group, LLC is a national and international specialty contracting, strategic advisory and specialized service company. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, we provide specialty contracting services for industry. Our work spans facility decommissioning and demolition, asbestos abatement and environmental remediation, specialty field services, metals recovery and recycling, transportation and rail, marine and coastal recovery, emergency response and security.
What sets us apart is how those capabilities connect. The same team that plans and executes the demolition also recovers the metal value, manages the logistics and, where it makes sense, acquires the asset and structures the environmental liability transfer so the site can be redeveloped.
